Story

This Limited Edition was brought from our origin trip to Colombia, where we had the opportunity to visit Finca La Esperanza in Villa Restrepo, Tolima and experience the work behind the coffee firsthand. Produced by the Valero family, this lot reflects the care, tradition, and craftsmanship of small-scale Colombian coffee producers.

Ripe cherries are hand-selected before being mechanically depulped, leaving the natural mucilage intact. The coffee then undergoes controlled fermentation before being carefully dried on raised beds, where the beans are regularly raked and turned for even drying. This meticulous Honey Process enhances the coffee’s natural sweetness and creates a smooth, expressive cup.

This Medium Roast offers notes of Star Fruit, Guava, and Syrupy Molasses, with a bright, juicy sweetness and smooth body. A coffee that brings a little piece of our journey through Tolima, Colombia to your cup.
