Specialty Coffee

Specialty coffee is the highest grade of coffee available. The coffee's acidity, sweetness, body, cup cleanliness, and uniformity are graded on a 100-point scale set by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). Harvesting is more meticulous, the beans are picked at peak ripeness, and the coffee is roasted in small batches allowing for greater control over the roasting process.
