Specialty Coffee

Specialty coffee is the highest grade of coffee available. The acidity, sweetness, body, cup cleanliness, and uniformity of the coffee are graded on a 100-point scale by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). Harvesting is more meticulous, the beans are picked at peak ripeness, and the coffee is roasted in small batches allowing for greater control over the roasting process.
