Story
This particular Suukala lot comes from SICEET, an Indigenous coffee growers’ association rooted in the Nasa territory of Toribío, Cauca. Here, coffee is cultivated by 218 smallholder producers as both a livelihood and a cultural expression, with deep care for the land they call Mother Nature.
Since 2017, Siruma has worked alongside communities like SICEET to build a shared language around quality. Through cupping education and honest feedback, producers evaluate their own coffees and give a true cupping score accordingly. Every coffee is fully traceable back to the association, strengthening trust at every step.
This Medium Roast is balanced and sweet with notes of Tart Concord Grape, Raw Sugar Sweetness and a Pecan Finish. Perfect for an everyday cup of coffee or a balanced espresso.
