MEXICO FT-FLO/USA ORGANIC OAXACA CEPCO

CEPC was organized in 1989 to assist smallholder growers (90% have less than 2 hectares of land) in Oaxaca state in gaining access to International markets, achieving Fair Trade and Organic Certifications, providing technical growing support, assisting members with credit and savings options, and promoting Women's organizations and racial equity. Several unique Indigenous groups in OAXACA work together through CEPCO.

Flavor profile: Sweetly balanced acidity, medium smooth body, with tasting notes of lime, fig, brown sugar, cacao nib, creamy, clean.
