Story
Grown in the lush highlands of Metapán, this vibrant Pacamara comes from the Metapán Small Farmer Project, founded by fourth-generation producer Alejandro Valiente. After years spent refining his craft across Central America, Alejandro returned home to empower local farmers and elevate the coffees of his community.
Through his Socios de Cosecha (Harvest Partners) initiative, 67 small producers now share access to improved processing techniques, solar-powered milling, and an on-site cupping lab, ensuring traceability and exceptional quality in every lot.
This Light-Medium Roast bursts with Bright Granny Smith Apple, Pomegranate, and Toasted Sugar. Enjoy it as a pour over for a balanced, bright cup, or as an espresso with a lively, bright finish.
