Story
Produced in Vereda Altos Guayabos, Colombia, this coffee comes from La Victoria, a farm led by producer Aristobulo; a dedicated grower whose work reflects both tradition and unexpected discovery.
After planting seeds from a neighbor, Aristobulo nearly removed the trees due to their low yield. Just before doing so, an agronomist discovered the coffee’s exceptional quality, identifying the lot as a Gesha varietal.
Carefully cultivated and harvested every 20 days to ensure only fully ripe cherries are selected, this coffee undergoes a fully washed process, pulped immediately, fermented for 24 hours, washed thoroughly, then dried, preserving its delicate and expressive profile.
This Medium-Light Roast gives you a balanced cup with notes of Smooth Honey, Bright Bergamot, and Wildflower. Perfect for a balanced brew or a clean, expressive espresso.
